The PuroSPIN™ DNA/RNA/Protein Purification Kit is designed for simultaneous purification of DNA, RNA and Proteins from cultured cells or animal tissue. It greatly simplifies the extraction process by incorporating a convenient and easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding silica spin-columns. Up to 30 mg of animal tissues or 1 x 107 eukaryotic cells can be used per experiment with extraction procedure being less than 1 hour. Features: - Easily purify genomic DNA, total RNA and Proteins from cultured cells and animal tissues using silica spin columns - Simple extraction process with no need for phenol or chloroform - High-quality extracted genomic DNA, RNA and Proteins can be used for a range of downstream applications such as genomic sequencing, PCR, real-time qPCR, or Southern blotting
