The optimal pH together with stabilizing proteins in FITC Diluent ensures the maximum stability of primary antibodies. Our FITC Diluent contains optimal concentrations of sodium azide and detergents to prevent nonspecific binding and enable better penetration of primary antibodies. FITC Diluent is specifically designed for diluting primary antibodies for immunohistochemistry.
